Our Remote Service Tool allows us ‘single use’ access to control your computer and provide the necessary service. By allowing this access, you understand that you may need to supply or enter data relevant to that service request. Your data is strictly confidential and is never recorded by the technician at any stage.

Please note – the download will automatically determine your Operating System and download the appropriate file for you to install. If you are on a mobile device the technician will only be able to interact with you, not control the device (iPhone/Samsung etc)
